We source our specialty-grade beans from high-elevation estate environments where the cool mountain air forces the coffee cherries to develop a dense, resilient structure and a complex sweetness. Our roasting process is a disciplined Small-Batch craft, utilizing precision thermal mapping to eliminate the bitter "noise" of industrial production while unlocking majestic notes of dark cacao, toasted cedar, and crisp stone fruit.
